Who we are. This website belongs to Nebkatum. If you have a question about your data, email info@nebkatum.ir or call 021-28427226.

Contact form. When you send us a message, we keep your name, email, phone number (if you give one), your message and the time you sent it. We use them only to answer you and follow up on your project. Messages are stored on our own server in Iran and forwarded to our team by email through Google's Gmail service, and we send you a short automatic email to confirm that your message arrived. To stop spam, we also record the IP address and time of each message.

Visitor statistics. To understand how the site is used, we run our own copy of Matomo on our server. It records your IP address, approximate location (country and city), device and browser, language, and the pages you visit in order. This data stays on our server and is not shared with anyone. Matomo uses no cookies.

Click and scroll maps. To improve our page layouts, the site records where people click on a page and how far down they scroll, along with the page address, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the date. These records contain no IP address or anything else that identifies you.

Language. To show you the site in Persian or English, we work out which country your IP address belongs to (IP geolocation by DB-IP) and keep the answer for one day in a cookie named nbk_hint. If you choose a language yourself, a cookie named nbk_lang remembers your choice for a year. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing. We don't sell your data or give it to advertisers. The site doesn't load fonts, scripts or videos from other companies.

Your choices. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the messages and details you have sent us. Just email info@nebkatum.ir. You can also block cookies in your browser. The site will still work, but it won't remember your language.
