Services

From automation to complete product development, one team for every stage.

Small EPC projects

We take a small plant or production line from the first idea to the day it runs. One team handles the process design, choosing and buying the machines, installation, electrical and control work, commissioning and operator training, so you deal with one contractor and one schedule.

  • Feasibility study, process design and plant layout
  • Selecting and buying machinery from Iran and abroad
  • Installation, electrical work, automation and commissioning
  • Operator training and after-sales support

Examples of what we can build for you

Upcast copper rod and wire line

Upcast copper rod and wire line

In an upcast line, copper is melted in an induction furnace and the rod is pulled upward out of the melt through water-cooled dies. The melt is covered and never meets the air, so the rod comes out oxygen-free, very pure and easy to draw. The rod is then drawn down to wire, annealed, and stranded or enamelled, depending on the final product. A line like this is compact and a small team can run it on each shift.

Capacity

From about 1,000 to 20,000 tonnes a year, set by the furnace size and the number of strands (usually 4 to 24).

Rod sizes

8 mm is the most common size, used for wire drawing. Thicker rods from 12 to 30 mm, and tubes, are cast for busbars and special parts.

Input

Copper cathode, with part clean copper scrap if wanted. Some lines also cast copper alloys, for example for railway contact wire.

Line steps

Melting and holding furnace, caster and coilers, rod breakdown machine, fine drawing, annealing, then stranding or enamelling.

Products and uses

Building wire and power cable conductors, enamelled wire for motors and transformers, earthing wire, busbars and telecom cable.

What we do

Choosing the capacity and rod sizes, layout, buying the line, power, cooling water and compressed air, electrical and control work, commissioning and training.

Small steel plant

Small steel plant

A small steel plant melts scrap and sponge iron in induction furnaces, adjusts the chemistry in the ladle and casts the steel into billets on a continuous caster. The billets are sold, or reheated and rolled into rebar and other sections. With well-planned automation, automatic weighing and a link to the lab, a compact team can run each shift and keep a record of every heat.

Capacity

About 30,000 to 300,000 tonnes a year, usually with two to four induction furnaces of 10 to 30 tonnes.

Input

Steel scrap, sponge iron (DRI) and pig iron, in a mix that suits the local market.

Billets and products

Square billets of 100 to 150 mm; rebar from 8 to 32 mm, angles, channels and flat bars.

Line steps

Scrap yard and charging, induction furnaces, ladle furnace (optional), continuous caster, reheating furnace, rolling mill, cooling bed, cutting and bundling.

Main needs

A strong power connection (about 600 to 700 kWh per tonne in the melt shop), a closed cooling water circuit and dust collection.

Uses

Building and construction, steel structures, and billets for other rolling mills.

What we do

Feasibility and capacity planning, layout, buying the furnaces and caster, power and water systems, automation and heat records software, commissioning and training.

Automated assembly line

Automated assembly line

Parts travel on pallets along a powered conveyor, and each station shows the operator what to fit and checks that it was done right, with torque-controlled screwdrivers, pick-to-light part bins and cameras that spot a missing part. At the end of the line, automatic test stands check for leaks, electrical safety and function, and a robot packs and palletizes. Every unit carries a barcode, so you can see who built it, with which parts, and how it tested.

Capacity

From about 100 to 1,500 units per shift, with a cycle time of 20 to 120 seconds per station.

Line size

8 to 40 stations, manual, semi-automatic or robotic, mixed to suit the product and the volume.

Automation

PLC and HMI at each station, servo presses, torque-controlled screwdrivers, cameras, and robots for repeated work or packing.

Quality and tracking

A barcode or RFID tag on every unit, automatic test stands and test results stored by serial number.

Management

A live dashboard of output, stops and OEE, andon lights to call for help, and a link to your ERP.

Typical products

Home appliances, water pumps, electric motors, electrical panels and auto parts.

What we do

Line design and balancing, station and fixture design, buying the equipment, electrical and control work, software, commissioning and training.

  • PLC and HMI programming
  • Design and implementation of SCADA and WinCC monitoring systems
  • Setup and commissioning of inverters and servo drives
  • Control system upgrades

Examples

Examples of our automation work

Upgrading old automation systems

Upgrading old automation systems

Many machines are mechanically sound but stop because an old PLC, HMI or drive has failed and no spare part can be found. We study how the machine works today, read the old program where possible, and move the logic to a current Siemens or Delta PLC with a new HMI. The switchover is planned so the line stops for as short a time as possible, and you get full documents and a backup of the new program.

When it is needed

The PLC or HMI has failed, its spare parts are no longer made, the machine stops often for no clear reason, or you want data from the machine and the old system cannot give it.

Old systems

PLCs and HMIs of any brand, relay and contactor panels, and old drives.

New system

Siemens or Delta PLC, HMI and drives, chosen by your budget, the machine's needs and what your maintenance team already knows.

Steps

Survey of the machine and I/O list, reading or rewriting the program, a new cabinet or changes to the old one, switchover, testing and handover.

Downtime

The cabinet and program are built and tested in our workshop first, so the stop on site is usually a few days, or a weekend for smaller machines.

You receive

Wiring drawings, the commented program and its backup, HMI screens in Persian or English, and training for your maintenance team.

Control systems for new machines

Control systems for new machines

When the mechanical part of a machine is finished, it still needs a brain. Starting from the machine's manual, or from your own description of how it must work, we choose the PLC, drives, sensors and instruments, design and build the electrical cabinet, write the program and the HMI, and test everything with you until the machine runs as it should.

Machines

Wire and cable machines (drawing, stranding, extrusion, coiling), polymer machines (extruders, injection, film and pipe lines), and any general or custom machine whose workflow is known.

What we need from you

The machine's manual or a clear description of how it should work, and the mechanical drawings if there are any.

Equipment

Siemens or Delta PLC and HMI, inverters and servo drives, sensors, encoders, and temperature and pressure instruments, sized for the machine and your budget.

Electrical cabinet

Designed, built, programmed and tested by us as part of the job.

Control features

Speed and tension control, temperature zones (PID), recipes for each product, counters, alarms and safety interlocks.

Monitoring

An HMI on the machine and, if you want, a monitoring screen in the office or on your phone.

Steps

Workflow review, equipment list, cabinet design and build, programming, workshop test, installation, commissioning and training.

Industrial robots

Industrial robots

A robot does repeated work with the same quality on every shift, from welding seams to stacking boxes. We pick the right robot and gripper or torch for the job, build the cell with its fixtures, guarding and safety, link it to your line's PLC and program it on site. For robots already in your factory, we back up programs, calibrate, repair, and reprogram them for new products.

Brands

Mostly KUKA and Yaskawa.

Applications

Arc and spot welding, assembly, pick and place, machine loading and unloading, packing and palletizing.

Robot cell

The robot, a gripper or welding torch, fixtures, fences, light curtains and a safety PLC, and a link to the line's PLC.

Programming

Done directly on the robot and tested with real parts. A single-robot job needs no simulation.

Service

Program backups, calibration (mastering), repairs, and reprogramming for new parts or products.

What you gain

Steady quality, less hard or risky work for operators, and a cycle time you can plan on.

Remote monitoring of working lines

Remote monitoring of working lines

You don't need to replace a machine to know what it is doing. We add small sensors, counters and power meters, or read data from the existing PLC where possible, and send it to a dashboard on the web and on phones. Managers see what each machine produced, when and why it stopped and how much energy it used, and get an alert when something goes wrong.

What is measured

Run and stop times, product count, speed, temperature, and power and energy use for each machine.

Installation

Clip-on current sensors, counters and wireless modules, or a link to the existing Siemens or Delta PLC. The machine's control is not changed.

Scale

From one machine to a whole factory. You can start with a few machines and add more later.

Dashboard

Live status of every machine, OEE, stop reasons, shift reports and energy cost, in Persian or English.

Alerts

A message when a machine stops for too long, uses too much power or goes out of range.

Next step

The same data can feed an ERP or a maintenance plan.

Industrial ERP & dashboards

We build software around your needs and your line layout that follows each order from raw material to delivery. Data from your machines and control system can feed it directly, and managers see what they need in a web browser or on their phone.

  • Tracking raw materials and production steps, from the moment an order is placed to delivery
  • Live dashboards on web and mobile
  • Links to machines and accounting
  • Custom-built to fit your business and your production line

Drone services

We design and build a drone to fit your use and payload, or serve you with our own drones. Typical uses are aerial mapping, spectral surveys of farms and orchards, orchard spraying and mineral exploration.

  • Custom drone design and build
  • Mapping and inspection flights
  • Data processing and reports

Examples

Examples of our drone work

Custom drones for different jobs

Custom drones for different jobs

Every job needs a different drone. A mapping drone needs a steady camera and a long flight time, a spraying drone needs a big tank and strong motors, and an inspection drone must fly close to structures safely. We start from your mission and payload, choose the frame, motors, batteries and electronics, build the drone and test it in real flights before handover. Most of our drones are multi-rotors, from small FPV drones up to heavy-lift drones that carry 100 kg.

Sizes

From small, fast FPV drones to large multi-rotors that carry up to 100 kg.

Typical uses

Mapping and photogrammetry, inspection, farm spraying and spectral surveys, carrying loads, and test platforms for new equipment.

Payloads

Mapping and thermal cameras, multispectral cameras, lidar, spray systems, drop and winch systems, and custom sensors.

What we do

Design, frame and power system, electronics and wiring, flight controller setup, test flights, pilot training and after-sales support.

Custom firmware built on ArduPilot

Custom firmware built on ArduPilot

The firmware is the drone's brain: the software on the flight controller that keeps it stable, follows the route and runs the equipment it carries. Our base is ArduPilot, a standard open-source autopilot trusted on drones around the world, and we customise it to work our way and yours. In plain words, the drone learns new behaviours: it can run a special camera or sprayer at the right moment, fly the pattern your work needs, react safely when something goes wrong, or talk to your own software. Because the base is proven, you get stable flight from day one, and because the changes are ours, we can keep improving them for you.

Base

ArduPilot, a standard open-source autopilot used on drones around the world, running on standard flight controllers.

What we change

New flight modes and patterns, control of special payloads, extra sensors, safety rules for your site, and links to ground software.

Simple examples

A sprayer that opens only over the trees, a camera that shoots at exact distances for mapping, a drone that comes home by itself when the wind gets too strong, or one that keeps a fixed distance from a wall during inspection.

Testing

Every change is tested on the bench and then in real flights before it goes on your drones.

You receive

The firmware installed and set up, a guide to the new features, and updates whenever you need them.

Aerial photogrammetry

Photogrammetry means measuring from photos. A drone flies a planned grid over the site and takes hundreds of overlapping photos. Software finds the same points in many photos and rebuilds the ground in 3D, so you get an accurate map, a 3D model and real measurements of distances, areas and volumes, without walking every metre with a surveying instrument. We provide it as a full service: we plan and fly the mission with our own drones, process the data and deliver ready-to-use results. For survey-grade accuracy we use PPK on the drone and in the ground work, plus ground control targets.

Outputs

Orthophoto map, 3D model, elevation models (DEM and DSM), contour lines and stockpile volumes.

Accuracy

About 3 cm per pixel, with PPK on the drone and on the ground, plus ground control targets.

Coverage

Up to 600 hectares a day in normal conditions.

Uses

Mines and quarries, road and construction projects, land surveys and division, farms and orchards, and tracking progress on site.

Steps

Flight planning, placing and measuring ground targets, the flight, processing, quality check and delivery.

Solar farm inspection with thermal images

Solar farm inspection with thermal images

A faulty solar panel runs hotter than the panels around it. A drone with a thermal camera flies over the rows, and our software looks through thousands of images, finds the hot spots and shows each faulty panel on a map of the farm with its row and number. Instead of checking panels one by one for days, your team gets a ready list of what needs repair. We build this software fully to your needs, together with the drone and the flight plan.

What it finds

Hot cells, broken or dirty panels, faulty connections and strings that have stopped working.

Output

A map of the farm with every fault marked, a photo of each fault, and a report sorted by how urgent each repair is.

Equipment

A drone with a thermal and a normal camera, flying a planned route.

Who it is for

Solar farm owners and operators, and maintenance contractors.

Power line inspection

Power line inspection

Checking power lines by climbing towers or walking the route is slow and dangerous. A drone flies along the line and takes sharp close-up photos and thermal images of every tower, insulator and joint. Our software sorts the images by tower, finds signs of damage such as broken insulators, rust, loose parts or overheated joints, and puts them in a report with the location of each tower. Your crew then goes straight to the towers that need work.

What it finds

Broken or dirty insulators, rust, loose or missing parts, overheated joints, and trees growing too close to the line.

Output

A report for each tower with photos, the type of fault and its place on the map.

Safety

The crew stays on the ground, and in many cases the line can stay in service during the inspection.

Who it is for

Power transmission and distribution companies and their contractors.

Wind turbine blade inspection

Wind turbine blade inspection

Wind turbine blades wear out from wind, dust, rain and lightning. Small cracks and worn edges are cheap to fix early but expensive later. A drone flies around the stopped turbine and photographs each blade from every side in fine detail. Our software joins the photos into a full view of each blade, finds cracks, erosion and lightning damage, and records their size and position, so you can plan repairs and compare the results year by year.

What it finds

Cracks, leading edge erosion, lightning damage, and dirt or oil on the blades.

Output

A full image of each blade with the faults marked and measured, and a list of repairs by priority.

Why a drone

Much faster than rope teams, with no one working at height, and the same photos every year for comparison.

Who it is for

Wind farm operators and maintenance contractors.

Crop health maps

Crop health maps

Plants reflect light differently when they are healthy and when they suffer from thirst, disease or pests. A drone with a multispectral camera flies over the farm or orchard, and our software turns the images into simple colour maps, such as NDVI, where green means healthy and red means a problem. You see weak areas earlier than the eye can, and you can send water, fertiliser or spray only where they are needed. The same maps can also guide spraying drones.

What it shows

Water stress, disease and pest damage, lack of nutrients, and gaps in planting.

Output

Colour health maps (NDVI and other indexes), a map of problem areas, and prescription maps for spraying and fertilising.

Equipment

A drone with a multispectral camera and a sunlight sensor for accurate readings.

Who it is for

Large farms and orchards, agricultural companies and agronomists.

Drone light show systems

Drone light show systems

In a drone light show, hundreds of small drones with bright LEDs fly together in the night sky and draw shapes, logos and moving pictures. It is a new and memorable way to advertise a brand or open an event. As an R&D team we don't run shows ourselves. We design and build the system for companies that want to offer this service: the show drones, the software that turns a design into a flight path for every drone, and the ground station that controls the whole fleet safely.

What we build

Show drones with bright LEDs and precise positioning, software for designing the show and its paths, and the ground control station.

Fleet size

Built to grow, from a few dozen drones for the first shows to several hundred.

Uses

Brand advertising, product launches, city celebrations, festivals and sports events.

Safety

A geofence around the show area, a safe landing plan for every drone, and live checks of battery and position during the show.

Who it is for

Event, advertising and entertainment companies that want to offer drone shows.

After-sales service

We install and start up what we build and train your team to use it. After delivery we stay on call for repairs, spare parts and software updates.
