Product development
We are with you at every stage of making a product, from the first questions to the details of the production line. Each stage has a clear output, and we can work with you on the whole path or only on the stages you choose.
Five stages, one team
-
Stage 1
Research & feasibility
We study your idea and estimate cost and time, so you have the full picture before spending on things like tooling and production, and can decide how to go on.
-
Stage 2
Requirements & work plan
We write down what the product must do, where it will work and which standards apply. Then we split it into mechanical, electronic and software parts, define how they connect, and set out the steps for each part.
-
Stage 3
Mechanical design
We model the parts in 3D and run software simulations to choose the best material and manufacturing method. Then we prepare the drawings the workshops need and hand them over to you.
-
Stage 4
Electronics & firmware
We design schematics and PCBs and assemble them when needed, write the firmware or operating system and connect the device to apps and servers. Every board is checked and tested on its own before it goes into the product.
-
Stage 5
Prototyping & manufacturing
We build and test prototypes, fix what the tests show and prepare the product for production. When needed, we also design and build the production line, from layout and capacity to final commissioning.
